These Terms of Service apply to the use of typeseven.in and purchases from Type Seven. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website.

STORE AND ELIGIBILITY

Type Seven operates this online store using Shopify. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, colours, measurements, materials and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause minor colour differences. Garment measurements are stated in inches. Customers should review the size guide before ordering.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Orders are prepaid only. Cash on delivery is not available. Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. The current displayed sale price is ₹699 and the displayed regular or compare-at price is ₹1,500. Delivery is included for prepaid orders within India. Type Seven may update prices and promotions prospectively; confirmed orders are charged at the price accepted at checkout.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Type Seven may decline or cancel an order because of stock errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, technical error or other reasonable operational concerns. Any approved refund will be returned to the original prepaid payment method.

CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING

Type Seven currently delivers within India. Orders are estimated to be delivered within 5–9 days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside Type Seven's reasonable control. If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address or repeated customer unavailability, the customer must pay the additional delivery charge before reshipping.

EXCHANGES, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

The Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Type Seven provides one complimentary size exchange per complete order when the request and product meet the published eligibility conditions. Change-of-mind returns and refunds are not accepted. Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within the published period.

WEBSITE USE

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store unlawfully, impersonate another person, commit fraud or use the website in violation of applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Type Seven name, branding, designs, photographs, copy, graphics and website content are owned by or licensed to Type Seven. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers and logistics providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

LIMITATION

To the extent permitted by law, Type Seven is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party service interruption or events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

CHANGES

Type Seven may update these terms prospectively. The updated date above indicates the latest revision.
