This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Type Seven through typeseven.in.

DELIVERY AREA

Type Seven currently delivers prepaid orders within India only. Cash on delivery is not available.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is included for prepaid orders within India.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Orders are estimated to be delivered within 5–9 days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, service disruptions, an incorrect or incomplete address, or other circumstances outside Type Seven's reasonable control.

ADDRESS AND AVAILABILITY

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain available to receive the order. If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address or repeated customer unavailability, the customer must pay the additional delivery charge before the order is reshipped.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

A damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp, with the order details and clear photographs showing the issue. After verification, Type Seven will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
